Your Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and cybersecurity consultation to Hebrew-speaking clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
• Design tailored security solutions to address client needs.
• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
• Record client interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the development and sales teams to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in technical support or IT consulting is preferable.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
