Position Summary: 


The Recruiting Sourcer will play a vital role in identifying and generating leads for healthcare providers through various channels, including web searches, job boards, and cold calling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s recruitment goals. The Recruiting Sourcer will collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further engagement. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation: 

  • Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. 
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs. 

Cold Calling and Outreach: 

  • Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities within the organization. 
  • Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability. 

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement. 
  • Provide detailed candidate information and insights to assist recruiters in the next steps of the recruitment process. 
  1. Tracking and Reporting: 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted. 

Compliance: 

  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling. 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field. 
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Strong research and lead generation skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle high-volume sourcing activities while maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
