Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to find qualified healthcare candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Two or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and qualifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
- Passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care through talent acquisition
- Available to work US hours Remotely (9-5 EST)
