Health, Safety & Environment Leader

Your Mission

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while leading risk analyses and driving continuous improvement in safety and sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate professional and environmental risks across the site
• Investigate safety and environmental events (accidents, incidents, near misses)
• Monitor accident indicators and trends
• Support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions
• Raise awareness and train staff on workplace risks and eco-friendly practices
• Identify, report, and communicate risks at various workstations
• Provide input during the setup of new equipment or facilities

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly
• Calm under pressure, with a rigorous and proactive mindset
• Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
• Passion for safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
