Role Overview

The Health & Safety Manager ensures full compliance with project H&S regulations on major data-centre projects. This role drives safety culture, manages statutory requirements, conducts audits and ensures safe systems of work across all site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to H&S legislation and statutory documentation.
• Prepare RAMS, safe work plans, COSHH assessments and PTW procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and interventions.
• Maintain statutory inspection records.
• Provide safety leadership across site operations.
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years managing H&S on large construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and best practice.
• Experience leading H&S teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• Level 5 Qualification in H&S.
• Strong communication and auditing skills.
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with Primavera P6 or Procore is desirable.
