Health Operations Associate

TLDR

Contribute to operational excellence by optimising clinic and care services through data management, process improvement, and cross-functional project coordination.

As a Health Ops Associate at Health Solutions, you play a critical role in driving operational excellence behind the scenes. Your primary responsibility is to support and optimise clinic and care operations through data management, process improvement, and project coordination.

This role is best suited for individuals with a strong interest in operations who are comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and scalable service delivery.

Operational Excellence & Backend Support:

  • Support day-to-day backend operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic and care services.
  • Maintain and update operational systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and internal tracking tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across platforms.
  • Identify operational gaps and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

 Data Management & Reporting:

  • Manage and analyse operational data using tools such as spreadsheets to support decision-making.
  • Track key metrics (e.g. utilisation, caseload, session volumes) and support regular reporting.
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and operational models.
  • Support reconciliation work (e.g. payments, credits, claims) where required.

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Support planning and execution of operational projects and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders (e.g. clinicians, ops, partnerships) to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth rollout.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong interest or experience in operations, data management, or project coordination.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data (e.g. Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with technology and operational tools.
  • Responsible, meticulous, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
