What You'll Be Doing:

  • Expertly guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process.
  • Match clients with the most suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
  • Clearly explain insurance plans and gather necessary application information.
  • Conduct engaging sales conversations over the phone, building trust and confidence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

We're Looking For Individuals Who Are:

  • Able to pass a federal background check.
  • Highly coachable – you love learning and welcome feedback.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure accurate application processes.
  • Wanting to learn and/or improve their sales ability to further their careers in sales.
  • Confident communicators over the phone.

What We Offer (Because Your Success Matters):
We fully support you through the entire process of becoming a licensed Health Insurance Sales Representative. From day one, every cost is covered, and you’re paid while doing it.

  • Compensation: On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000–$75,000+ per year (base salary + uncapped commission)
  • Training Compensation: $3,750 guaranteed monthly minimum during your entire 6-week licensing + training period
    • We pay for all licensing costs, including the state exam.
    • 3-day XCEL Life & Health pre-licensing course onsite in our office.
    • Take the proctored state exam at the end of Week 1.
    • All the support needed to pass your exam and ramp quickly: work side-by-side with leaders and top performers to learn systems, sales skills, product knowledge, compliance, and workflows.
