The Role

As Head Nurse, you will:

• Lead and coordinate surgical days

• Mentor and develop the nursing team

• Maintain exceptional clinical and patient care standards

• Provide hands-on surgical and hospital nursing

• Perform anaesthesia monitoring, IV placement, blood collection

• Assist with imaging and dental procedures

• Oversee stock control and support clinic operations

You’ll lead by example — clinically strong, organised, and calm under pressure.

About You

• Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (experienced uncertified nurses considered)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• Passionate about leadership and team development

• Confident across surgery, anaesthesia, imaging, and hospital care

• Committed to excellence, empathy, and integrity

• No sponsorship required
