About the Role

As Head Vet Nurse, you’ll work closely with our vets and management team to:

  • Lead, support and mentor our nursing team

  • Maintain high clinical and patient care standards

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and workflows

  • Be hands-on across surgery, anaesthesia, hospital care and client support

  • Contribute to training, rostering and continuous improvement within the clinic

About You

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)

  • Previous leadership or senior nursing experience (highly regarded)

  • Strong clinical skills and a calm, organised approach

  • A positive, team-focused leader who leads by example

  • Excellent communication and a genuine passion for patient care
