We’re currently recruiting for a Head of Transitions to join our award winning Pension Risk Transfer business.

As Head of Transitions, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our client experience, driving operational excellence, and enhancing Legal & General’s reputation in the pensions industry. You’ll lead a team of experts across data, project management and client services, ensuring every transition is delivered with precision, care and innovation.

This is a hybrid working opportunity, which means you can split your working week between your home and our Offices to find a work/life balance that works for you.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Leading the delivery of new business transitions across UK operations
    • Shaping onboarding strategy to enhance client experience and market reputation
    • Managing stakeholder relationships with trustees, advisors and consultants
    • Attending pitches and presenting post-transaction propositions with confidence
    • Driving continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies
    • Collaborating across teams to ensure accurate data and compliant documentation
    • Representing the business at industry events to build networks and influence
    • Mentoring and developing a high-performing team to maximise impact

    Who we're looking for:

    • Strong client-facing experience in pensions, finance or risk management
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver commercial outcomes
