About the Role 

As the Head of Marketing & Technical Services - ANZ, you will:

- Collaborate with the CEO and ANZ leadership team to define strategic direction.

- Lead marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region.

- Work closely with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy.

- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.

- Partner with technical and marketing teams, as well as procurement and communications counterparts, to drive business results.

What You’ll Bring:

- 10 - 12 years of leadership experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles within the construction or technical services industry.

- Strong knowledge of Mix design and concrete expertise.

- Strong competence in construction chemicals, particularly admixtures for concrete in ready mix and underground applications (mining or tunneling).

- Some knowledge of Construction systems chemicals (repaid mortars, grouts, sealants, etc)

- Proven experience managing regional or global market needs focused on product development, marketing, and innovation.

- Expertise in working within matrix and multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of strategy development and implementation.

- Strong project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality standards and organizational objectives are met.

- The digital marketing and Comms knowledge is less essential. 

- Able to travel 60-70% of the working time.

- Role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.
