We're hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition who is equal parts technologist and talent magnet. You've fundamentally rewired how you source, assess, and close candidates using AI — and you know that the best hires can also be made over dinner or at events.
 
Most recruiting functions focus on pipeline management and process execution. At CSC Generation, you'll design and evolve how talent is sourced, evaluated, and hired by embedding AI, automation, and human relationships directly into the recruiting model.
 
You'll have the mandate, the resources, and the organizational support to build recruiting the way it should be built; automated where automation wins, human where judgment and relationship matter, and always improving based on data.
What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, commercial, and operational roles for CSC Generation and its portfolio brands, from sourcing through offer.
  • Design and operate an AI-augmented recruiting function that uses automation and predictive analytics to deliver exceptional speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Implement and measure AI-enhanced recruiting workflows to keep CSC Generation at the leading edge of talent acquisition.
  • Data, Strategy & Tech

  • Build and maintain AI-first recruiting infrastructure. Funnel performance, source quality, offer acceptance rates, communications, and reporting into clear insight that drives continuous improvement.
  • Partner directly with brand executives and functional leaders to translate growth plans into hiring strategies with defined pipelines, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing recruiting team that values both automation and genuine human connection.
  • Talent Community & Relationship Building
  • Host or attend monthly recruiting events in our hub cities (Austin, Salt Lake City, and Toronto), building a warm pipeline of high-quality talent.
  • Attend candidate dinners and in-person touch points to build authentic relationships and personally close exceptional candidates.
  • Serve as a visible, credible ambassador for CSC Generation's culture, mission, and growth story in local professional communities while growing a strong personal network of talent.

  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity, ideally in a top-tier tech or high-growth environment.
  • Genuine AI fluency: AI-assisted sourcing platforms, automated outreach sequencing, screening automation, and analytics dashboards. Not a feature user; a builder.
  • Strong proficiency with modern ATS platforms and the ability to evaluate, implement, and integrate new recruiting technology with minimal IT dependency.
  • Analytical instincts to build recruiting metrics that drive real decisions: funnel conversion, source ROI, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention correlation.
  • Ability to operate independently in environments with evolving priorities, building recruiting solutions without detailed playbooks or heavy oversight.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, or Toronto, ON. Hub presence is an expectation of the role.

    Interview Process
    Step 1 — Recruiter Intro 📞: 30-minute call to cover background, role fit, and logistics.
    Step 2 — Hiring Manager Interview 💬: Conversation with the Chief Administrative Officer focused on leadership philosophy and AI-native HR experience.
    Step 3 — Technical / Case Discussion 🧠: Deep dive into a people ops problem or system design scenario with cross-functional stakeholders.
    Step 4 — Executive Interview: Final conversation(s) with senior leadership.
    Step 5 — Offer 📩: Reference checks conducted in parallel where possible.
