We are currently looking for a Head of Strategy / Chief of Staff based in London to own Stuart’s 3-year strategic plans together with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, and the pricing function.
What will I be doing? 🤔
- Evolve Stuart’s 3-year strategic plan for our core, adjacent and new areas with the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, with executable plans
- Find tactical strategies that help one or more of Stuart’s business lines/countries win in the short term to foster long term profitable growth & support strategic needs of business and product teams on cross-country and cross-department topics
- Lead the implementation of some strategic initiatives, in close collaboration with country teams and global functions, and create accountability for delivering on key targets (Tech, Commercial & Operations)
- Co-design the ExCo weekly, quarterly extended leadership team meetings & ad-hoc management meetings in collaboration with the CEO
- Continue to act as an advisor to the CEO on strategic topics that surface over time
What do we need from you? 😎
- 8+ year of experience with minimum 5 years at a top tier strategy consulting firm with international exposure
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide actionable recommendations, always with a hands-on attitude & approach
- Significant experience working on cross-functional projects with multiple partners
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Attitude: flexibility, open for new challenges, comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
