Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Solution Delivery to lead our delivery team. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client-facing skills to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions and client satisfaction. A deep understanding of the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is essential, and knowledge of Agentic AI is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, team leadership, and client relationship management within the FSI sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Process Optimization: Leverage Agentic AI technologies to enhance and streamline delivery processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of DataVisor's products and platforms to guide the team in implementing solutions that meet client needs, particularly within the FSI sector.
  • Project Management Oversight: Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate resources to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the delivery team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Agentic AI concepts, with experience in applying these technologies to optimize business processes. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data analytics is highly desirable.
  • FSI Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Financial Services Industry, including regulatory requirements, fraud, and risk management practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles within the Financial Services Industry.
