The Head of Sales will lead Triskele Labs’ national sales function, overseeing Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs). This is a hands-on leadership role focused on daily performance, pipeline health, and deal progression. You will work closely with the CEO, who currently acts as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and will report regularly on sales performance, pipeline trends, and forecasting accuracy.
The role will collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Head of SDR, and Head of Revenue Operations to continue building a high-performing, data-driven, and AI-powered sales organisation.

A major part of the role is to drive the adoption of automation, AI, and large language models (LLMs) across the sales process.
