We are currently inviting a Head Sales to to join our growing international sales team in Vilnius.
In this role, you will lead our Bussines Development team and take ownership of strategic customer development, account growth, and operational excellence. You will ensure smooth collaboration between Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, transforming customer opportunities into long-term partnerships and profitable business.

In this role, you will:
· Define and own the overall Business Development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
· Drive new business acquisition while ensuring sustainable growth of strategic customer portfolios.
· Define account and market expansion strategies, including new segments, products, and geographies.
· Ensure smooth handover from business development to account management and operational teams
· Lead major customer negotiations, contracts, and long-term partnership agreements.
· Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the customer base in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
· Oversee complex customer programs and ensure execution excellence across cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality).
Requirements
· 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial Leadership.
· Proven people leadership experience, including building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
· Strong strategic and commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth and closing complex, high-value deals.
· Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence both internally and externally at senior levels.
· Strong project and program leadership capabilities in cross-functional environments.
· English at C1 level or higher.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
· Experience working in fast-growing, international, and matrix organizations is a strong advantage.

Salary:
