This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Sales - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving the company's sales goals while leading a dynamic sales team. Your expertise will be central to developing strategic sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth. You will leverage your strong communication and management skills to inspire your team and ensure alignment with marketing and product development. Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sales Leader
Experience managing a high-performance sales team
Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field
CPA experience a plus
Tax related industry experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
