About us
At Environment Bank, we’re working together to help restore natural habitats across England. With thousands of acres of new habitat creation already underway, our projects are delivering biodiversity gains and helping vital ecosystems to recover and flourish.
Our diverse team includes ecologists, land managers, habitat specialists, geospatial analysts, planning advisors, account managers, digital creatives, legal experts, and more.
From our habitat specialists to our sales and marketing teams, everyone at Environment Bank is a champion for our values, working towards our goal of reversing biodiversity loss.
Environment Bank is a market-leading organisation in a sector that’s experiencing rapid growth. We’ve already built a highly skilled team of experts and we’re actively looking to expand our team in the coming months.
We’re incredibly proud of all we achieved so far and we’re still growing. If you'd like to be part of a driven organisation that's making a real difference, find your next role with the team at Environment Bank.
Having established ourselves as England’s leading provider of Biodiversity units, through our national network of over 28 habitat banks to support the regulated BNG marketplace, we are now enabling Corporates to mitigate damage to nature through Nature Shares (biodiversity credits).
About the role
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Sales to lead the commercial go-to market activities for Nature Shares (biodiversity credits). This role involves driving the sales strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and positioning EB at the forefront of environmental sustainability when it comes to nature restoration. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Nature Shares (biodiversity credits), proven sales leadership, and a passion for nature restoration.
This is a new and exciting market opportunity that will require a dynamic, entrepreneurial and driven individual to “make the market” and position EB as a recognised leader within Nature Shares at a local and global level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales leadership capability, a start-up mentality who can build a “fit for purpose” sales team supported by the appropriate sales enablement tools and materials.
Having launched Nature Shares at the Blue Earth Summit (London Oct 24) you will need to work with internal teams and Corporates to develop our approach, positioning and product delivery when it comes to Nature Shares.
And there’s more …
