Your mission

We need a senior sales leader from the music industry who can replace the CEO as the primary source of new business. You bring the network and the hustle. We have the product and the deal-closing infrastructure. Together, we build a revenue engine that scales to CHF 51M by 2030.

iGroove is a profitable Swiss music company turning into an AI-driven operating system for independent labels — distribution, royalties, analytics, and deal modeling in one platform. Product-market fit is proven. Revenue is real. What's missing is a dedicated commercial engine at the top of the funnel.

What you'll do

  • Open doors to independent labels, music investment funds, and white-label distribution prospects — primarily through your existing industry relationships
  • Run executive-level first conversations — diagnose pain, sell the Label OS vision, qualify the opportunity
  • Hand off qualified prospects to our Head of Strategic Partnerships, who architects deals and closes
  • Build a repeatable outbound engine — target lists, outreach sequences, event strategy, CRM discipline
  • Generate CHF 500K+ in qualified pipeline value per month within your first 90 days

What success looks like in year one

  • The CEO is no longer the primary source of new leads
  • A predictable pipeline feeds 12+ qualified opportunities per month to the closing function
  • You've built an outbound system that works beyond your personal network
  • First closed deals from your sourced pipeline are generating revenue

Your profile

What you need

  • 5+ years in the music industry — distribution, label services, music tech, or rights management. You understand royalties, advances, catalog economics, and DSP dynamics. Non-negotiable.
  • An existing network of label executives and music business decision-makers. You can generate warm introductions from week one.
  • Executive-level selling ability. You're comfortable with label CEOs, fund managers, and major-label executives.
  • Outbound discipline. You create opportunities — you don't wait for them.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages (German, Spanish, French) are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS or platform solutions (not just services)
  • Track record building a pipeline function from scratch
  • Familiarity with music data, analytics, or AI-driven products
