Responsibilities:
Own and deliver sales target for Hypebeast Indonesia.
Manage a high-performing sales team; set individual targets and KPIs.
Identify and close new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and direct clients.
Lead generation: cold calling and door opening. Exploring new business opportunities.
Selling online, creative agency, across all of Hypebeast’s media properties to achieve annual targets.
Build a strong pipeline of demand opportunities and offer 360° bespoke creative solutions to clients.
Work closely with other departments and business units within HYPEBEAST, including client services, marketing, editorial, product development, finance.
Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience in the advertising and/or digital marketing industry.
Able to manage multiple projects.
Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business.
Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising with a strong contact base among agencies and clients.
A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
Strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills.
Familiar with youth culture.
This position is based and located in Jakarta. Candidate must be eligible to work in Indonesia.
