We are looking for a Head of Sales – Networking Solutions to lead the establishment and growth of Teltonika’s sales operations in Thailand, working with our industrial and enterprise networking devices portfolio.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our solutions are widely used in Industry 4.0, Smart City, Transportation, and Green Energy projects.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role (player-coach), combining strategic responsibility with direct market execution.
In this role, you will:
· Establish and develop Teltonika’s sales operations in Thailand
· Build, lead, and coach a local sales team
· Act as a hands-on player-coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements
· Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration
· Execute and adapt HQ-defined GTM strategy to the Thai market
· Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships
· Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
· Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders
Requirements
What we expect of you:
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing a sales team in a senior or leadership role
· Minimum working 5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results
· Strong leadership and people development capability
· Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
· Exposure to GTM / Go-To-Market strategy is a strong advantage
· Comfortable operating in an early-stage market environment
