Head of Sales for South America Region | TELEMATICS

TLDR

Lead and inspire a growing sales team of over 25 across South America while developing strategic plans to drive business growth in new markets.

We are currently inviting an ambitious and strategic Head of Sales Region to join our growing South America sales team to work with Teltonika Telematics Business Unit.

 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 25+ Sales Managers across 4+ sales groups in the South American market, providing strategic direction and support to help them achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Drive business growth and ensure strong operational support across our offices in Brazil and Chile.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand into new customer segments and markets.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and assess market potential.
  • Strengthen relationships with key partners and actively engage with prospective clients to expand and deepen business connections.

 

What we expect of you:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with experience at Teltonika Telematics for 3+ years considered a significant advantage, and at least 2 years in a leadership role with demonstrated success.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Results-oriented and highly organized, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and confident in making independent decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 proficiency level

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 30 Eur/h up to 40 Eur/h (~5000 Eur—6700 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
