Your Role & Mission - As Head of Sales for Europe, you will lead the regional enterprise sales strategy and execution for our innovative ClimateTech SaaS solutions. This is a key leadership role focused on scaling revenue, building and managing high-performing teams, and expanding market presence across Europe. You’ll be responsible for driving strategic growth, forging strong customer relationships, and enabling sustainable energy and emissions reduction through software.

Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a Go-To-Market sales strategy aligned with company goals for the European market
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging enterprise and sustainability software landscape opportunities
Forecast sales performance and drive pipeline development
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing sales team, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Inside Sales Managers
Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Customer Engagement:
Cultivate relationships with clients across defined industry segments
Oversee the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Performance & Reporting:
Define KPIs, track metrics, and report regularly on sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance
Utilize Salesforce to manage performance and optimize efficiency
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a B2B SaaS company, ideally in cleantech, energy, sustainability, or ESG domains
Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in the European market, with a focus on the DACH region
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, value-based selling, and complex deal structuring
Experience scaling and managing cross-border teams in a high-growth environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Native German speaker (or equivalent fluency) with professional proficiency in English
Passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision
Ideally, already familiar with carbon accounting, ESG reporting, or climate tech platforms
Experience working with diverse, hybrid teams in a fast-paced and rapidly changing start-up environment
Based in the Munich area and willing to regularly travel to our Berlin office and across the region as required
