The Head of Sales & Distribution MENA defines and implements the local distribution sales and acquisitions strategy for artists, labels, and large content producers. You will lead the Management of a sales & service to ensure we deliver an excellent service and maximize the satisfaction of our network of clients and grow it accordingly. Thanks to your excellent analytical capabilities, you will be able to conduct projection of your business, deliver the set budget, analyze the performance and report trends to the local Director and general manager of distribution.

Missions
1/ Execute Sourcing, Qualifying & Signing Strategy

• Define with Management and implement signing policy & distribution strategy for the department
• Work with Senior Management to determine business objectives and align with.
• Initiate and close complex distribution deals covering aspects such as legal, financial, marketing & Communication components
• Be responsible of all sales Process and executions (CRM, Contract signatures…)
• Identify new business opportunities
• Ensure client portfolio renewal
• Define an excellent network of music industry relation

2/ Ensure Client Satisfaction
 

  • Make sure we deliver the right level of service in terms of distribution, marketing and audience development
  • Control perfect execution strategy and define local adaptation
  • Ensure we focus on the right priorities in line with business objectives



3/ Manage local team
 

  • Hire, assess and provide day to day support to team members
  • Work closely with your sales Support Team to ensure Team training, on-boarding and perfect understanding of Believe Process and workflow
  • Manage the team objectives and ensure objectives full execution
  • Create a team dynamic and career development plan for collaborators
  • Be problem solver and resolve conflicting situation
  • Ensure cross functional team collaboration
  • Manage all HR related topics



4/ Develop Local Retailers relationships

  • Develop best relationships with local retailers



5/ Manage the Business line

• Develop solid analytical & Financial business skills
• Capture and formulate market evolution key drivers & report to Local director.
• Project, defend & execute yearly Budget
• Deliver regular internal & external Business Reviews.
• Own and manage carefully the full P&L of your Business line.
 

  • Proven management experience in building, developing, and leading high-performing teams of direct reports.
  • Strong sales orientation with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Solid background in business consulting, corporate strategy, and sales management.
  • Good understanding of the music industry and the copyright ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable, with professional fluency in Arabic and English; French is an asset.
  • Demonstrates passion, integrity, and transparency, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous self-development.
  • Exhibits managerial courage, inspires and motivates teams, fosters talent development, encourages cross-functional collaboration, and drives strategic vision.
