Position Overview:
As the Manager of Sales Development Representatives, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring team KPIs are met and exceeded while driving strategic growth. You will play a key role in developing forecasts, refining operational processes, and optimizing the use of our tech stack. Your leadership will empower your team to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive pipeline growth within the mid-market segment.
This is position is located onsite at our Boston, MA office.

Compensation:
This position offers a base salary of $130,000 annually, with total on-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000 when achieving performance targets. There are no caps on commissions. Top performers have the potential to exceed target earnings through our performance-based commission plan.
