Troubleshooting a variety of trading issues and liaising with appropriate teams where necessary to ensure their resolution

Preliminary analysis of the customer complaints

Perform competitor analysis and market research if required

Requirements:

University/College Graduate

Holder of CySec Advance Certificate

5 years’ experience in Brokerage services within a CySec Regulated Environment

Excellent command of the English language

Ability to work in an intensive environment and under pressure

Strong communication skills
