About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of RevOps to optimize our revenue operations processes and align our go-to-market strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success. This key leader will harness the power of data and analytics to drive sales efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance revenue across all business functions.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated revenue processes that align with our strategic objectives. This includes leading revenue forecasting, performance metrics analysis, and ensuring efficient marketing and sales operations. Success in this role requires collaboration with multiple departments and the ability to analyze market trends to provide actionable insights.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with Trustmi’s business goals.
  • Optimize the entire revenue generation process, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, with a focus on driving actionable insights and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead scoring, pipeline management, and conversion strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking team performance and revenue growth, identifying growth opportunities, and resolving challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and KPI development.
  • Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes, customer lifecycle, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and drive alignment among diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with CRM and data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
