Own and build the initial revenue strategies for a groundbreaking brain-computer interface company, driving meaningful early-stage partnerships and market validation.
Define and operationalize the company’s revenue engine (pipeline design, conversion model, and early GTM execution)
Develop and refine value propositions for an emerging, pre-product platform
Create scalable outbound and relationship-driven sales strategies
Establish pricing frameworks, deal structures, and early GTM motions
Build and own the end-to-end commercial pipeline (targeting, outreach, conversion)
Own conversion from pipeline to signed LOIs and early revenue (LOI → revenue bridge)
Close LOIs, pilot programs, and early revenue agreements
Partner with leadership to shape commercialization strategy and investor narrative
10–15+ years in early-stage sales / revenue leadership
Proven ability to close deals without a finished product (“selling vision”)
Proven ability to drive conversion from pipeline to signed LOIs and early revenue (pipeline → LOI → revenue)
Experience designing and executing early-stage GTM strategies and pricing frameworks in pre-product or zero-to-one environments
Experience in deep tech, medtech, AI, or frontier science environments
Strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline management
Demonstrated success in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
Comfortable operating without brand, product-market fit, or clear category
Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and create outcomes from zero (no structure, no product, no brand)
