About The Role


This role is crucial to driving the growth and expansion of our company by leading the 

sales team, developing strategic business partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, leading a global sales team and implementing innovative sales strategies in a startup environment. 


Core Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and manage MQL’s into the sales pipeline
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance & pipeline to the executive team

Qualifications and Experience


  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in a series A tech startup, and 7+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment with minimal administrative support 
  •  Experience in building and managing strategic partnerships
Salary
$250,000 – $350,000 per year
