– Local‑level process content definition and implementation
– Definition and monitoring of targets / KPIs / PIs at local level
– Sub‑process performance management at local level
– Training, review, and document approval at local level
– Continuous process improvement at local level
– Integration of the location into Global Risk & Opportunity Analysis (per GT PoMS procedure), based on Asset Management via TISAX supplement embedded Asset Management template
– Alignment with tCompliance requirements
– Performance of effectiveness checks and action plan implementation

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Math‑ or Natural Science

Professional Experience

  • More than 5 years’ tire engineering experience in R&D

R&D & Project Experience

  • More than 5 years of R&D experience with solid knowledge of tire products and processes
  • Experience in OEM projects

Leadership Experience

  • More than 5 years’ leadership experience in cross‑country teams
