As the Head of QA, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the overall Quality Assurance strategy for our B2B/B2C SaaS platforms (4 major product streams: Labs, Enterprise Platform, CTF, Academy) & architecture. You will lead and develop a growing team of manual and automation engineers, ensure the delivery of high-quality releases, and embed quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Your mission is to elevate our QA maturity, strengthen our testing frameworks, and ensure our customers experience a reliable, secure, and seamless product.
You will lead a team of 10 QA professionals (6 manual, 4 automation) and work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, and infrastructure teams. You will act as the strategic quality partner across multiple cross-functional squads, ensuring alignment, clarity, and continuous improvement in quality processes.
