Job Description:
1. Leads the project management and implementation for projects in BEUMER China.
2. Ensures project management skills and techniques are applied consistently throughout the organization, delivering timely and quality outcomes.
3. Control the project budget and cost based on the company policy, quality standard and agreed targets.
4. Introduce and apply professional project management processes and tools to the organization.
5. Ensure standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met in processes.
6. Instruct and improve PM knowledge and technology to maximize production efficiency.
7. Manager the whole project manager team.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree. Major: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Automation Engineering or related major.
2. More than 10 years related experience in project management field and minimum 5 year at team management position.
3. Good written and spoken English, German is a plus.
4. PMP certification is mandatory.
5. Solid Knowledge of system integration projects and project delivery process in heavy machinery industry.
6. Solid Project Management Skills.
7. Familiar with commercial terms of contract.
8. High level of integrity and strong initiative.
9. Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of internal controls.
10. Excellent English communication skills.
11. High responsibility and reliability.
