Head of Product Operations

This role offers a rare opportunity to design and lead the operating model of a global product function at a moment of genuine transformation. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, AI, data, and execution, with the freedom to rethink traditional processes and build new ones from the ground up. You’ll influence how small, high-performing teams work at scale, partner with senior leaders across the business, and see the tangible impact of your work on product outcomes, revenue, and customer value. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ideas will rapidly move from concept to reality.

Your key responsibilities as Head of Product Operations will include:

• Owning and evolving the end-to-end product development lifecycle, embedding AI at every stage from discovery to post-launch measurement.
• Designing and implementing a metrics-driven product performance framework, including dashboards and scorecards that link delivery to commercial impact.
• Defining and operating differentiated models for greenfield AI-native products and brownfield platform products, ensuring consistent standards of excellence.
• Leading the product tooling and analytics stack, driving adoption of AI-augmented tools that remove friction and accelerate delivery.
• Partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment from strategy through to revenue.
• Building and developing a high-performing Product Operations team with strong capabilities in data, process design, and AI adoption.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as Head of Product Operations:

• You must have strong experience in product operations, product management, or a closely related role, with a proven track record of leading at least one successful transformation.
• You will have designed and implemented frameworks that improved both product outcomes and commercial performance.
• You must have experience working in finance, technology, software, or similar industries.
• You will be highly hands-on, comfortable building dashboards, redesigning workflows, and engaging confidently with senior leadership.
• You will demonstrate a genuine AI-first mindset, actively using AI tools to amplify productivity and reimagine how product organisations operate.
