We are seeking a strategic Head of Product Management to lead our TEAMS (B2B) product organization at FIGS. Reporting to the SVP of Ecommerce, you will define and execute the product strategy for our B2B SaaS platform, driving the transition from a sales-led business to a market-leading product platform. This role requires a seasoned B2B SaaS product leader with proven experience scaling products from $10M to $100M+ ARR and managing complex roadmaps.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the 3-year product vision and strategic roadmap for TEAMS, aligned to market trends, competitive landscape, and customer jobs-to-be-done
- Drive prioritization across all current roadmap initiatives and future platform capabilities, balancing customer desires & commitments with strategic platform investments
- Translate business trends & customer feedback into product-led growth opportunities for platform expansion and upsell within the customer base
- Develop roadmap sequencing strategy that accounts for technical dependencies, customer commitments, and market windows
- Manage new initiatives to ensure MVPs meet market needs while avoiding scope creep
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions in partnership with engineering
- Drive API-first platform approach and workflow automation capabilities
- Ensure platform architecture supports enterprise customers with complex requirements
Team Leadership
- Partner with VP of Sales on go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and competitive messaging to drive platform adoption & expansion
- Manage & mentor a high-performing product team (Director of Product and Solutions Architects); establish processes & tools to enable growth at scale
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of product leadership experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated track record taking a product from $10M to $100M+ in ARR
- 5+ years managing and developing product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and developing senior product managers
- Proven experience managing complex roadmaps with concurrent initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Background scaling product organizations through hypergrowth phases (3x-5x growth)
- Deep expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS serving organizations with 5,000+ employees
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, API-first platforms, and modern SaaS architectures
- Demonstrated success collaborating with strong Sales leaders
- Expert knowledge of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision making
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting product strategy to C-suite audiences and external stakeholders
- Exceptional business acumen with ability to connect financial metrics and the roadmap to articulate ROI
Preferred:
- MBA or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience in vertical SaaS, particularly in healthcare, retail, fashion, or DTC sectors
- Experience with modern product development methodologies (Lean, Jobs-to-be-Done, Continuous Discovery)
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital marketplaces, or B2B procurement systems
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), personalization engines, or marketing automation tools
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $225,000 and $275,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
