Job Description: 

We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Product (reporting to the COO) to lead our product organization as we expand our footprint globally and evolve our platform into the next generation of predictive intelligence. You will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for our core product KONUX Switch, our KONUX platform, and any future products. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Designers working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver innovative solutions that solve real-world problems for our customers.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will shape the roadmap for our AI-powered IoT products. While you set direction at portfolio level, you are also comfortable staying close to discovery, customer conversations, and critical product decisions, using these insights to define customer value propositions and champion a strong product culture across the company within a complex enterprise context.

Your Impact:

• Define and drive the product strategy aligned with KONUX’s vision and growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, cross-functional product team.
• Translate complex customer and market needs into clear, scalable product solutions.
• Prioritize and balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic investments.
• Partner closely with engineering and data science to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch to iteration.
• Use data and insights to measure success and guide product decisions.
• Represent the product vision internally and externally, including with customers, partners, and executive leadership.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

• Proven track record (8+ years) of leading product teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments - ideally in IoT, AI/ML, SaaS, or industrial tech.
• Deep railway industry knowledge or Railway Infrastructure is a Plus 
• Strong systems thinking and ability to balance hardware, software, and data products.
• Deep empathy for users and passion for solving complex real-world problems with technology.
• Experience in building B2B enterprise products with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
