We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Integration to join our team and take ownership of high-impact product areas within our software platform. This role is for a true product thinker—someone who is product-led rather than delivery-led, and who is comfortable balancing customer needs, commercial pressures, and long-term product strategy.
You will work in a lean, agile environment, partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and leadership to ensure we are solving the right problems and delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers and the business.

Your contribution

  • Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company strategy and clear value propositions.
  • A product-first mentality—you see your role as maximising customer and business value, not managing a backlog.
  • Act as the voice of the product, articulating why we are building something, not just what or when
  • Lead continuous product discovery, validating assumptions through customer research, data, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, including C-level and board-adjacent audiences.
  • Work day-to-day with engineering and design in a lean agile environment, ensuring fast feedback loops and continuous improvement while understanding technical trade-offs
  • Maintain a strong focus on outcomes over outputs, measuring success through customer and business impact.
  • Skilled at framing complex product topics into clear, outcome-focused narratives suitable for executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, compliance, and other stakeholders while maintaining a product-first mindset.
  • Confidently manage and challenge feature requests, balancing short-term commercial needs with long-term product health.
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with senior stakeholders, advocating for product principles even under pressure.
  • Ensure regulatory, security, and risk considerations are embedded early in product thinking (FinTech context).

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Significant experience as a Product Owner / Tech Product Manager in a software product company, ideally within FinTech or regulated environments.
  • Deep, practical experience working in lean agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models), with a strong understanding of flow, prioritisation, and empowered teams.
  • Strong grasp of product discovery and value-based prioritisation, including concepts such as:
    • Value propositions
    • Customer problems vs. solutions
    • Outcome-driven roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability to say “no” (or “not yet”) with clarity and credibility when requests do not align with product strategy or customer value.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions while recognising when qualitative insight is needed.
  • Proven ability to operate with ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Calm and credible under pressure, particularly when balancing sales, customer, and delivery demands.
  • Exposure to tools such as Replit, Lovable and some proficiency with Figma is desired
