What We are looking for

As a Head of Procurement Category (Marketing/Commercial), you will focus on managing and supporting procurement activities across key Marketing spend categories, ensuring efficient processes and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What you will work on

• Own and manage procurement activities across Marketing spend categories, from sourcing to execution
• Support Marketing stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery
• Lead supplier sourcing and selection activities, including RFx processes and agency evaluations
• Support commercial discussions and ensure alignment with agreed terms and internal policies
• Oversee Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders related to Marketing spend, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with Finance and suppliers to support smooth invoice processing and issue resolution
• Monitor supplier performance and support ongoing improvements in quality, delivery, and efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and ways of working within the Marketing category
• Participate in planning discussions to anticipate upcoming Marketing needs and procurement requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to Marketing procurement activities

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related role, preferably supporting Marketing or commercial teams
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
• Experience working with Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and P2P systems (Coupa experience is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Good analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English
