Location & Working Hours
- Based at KL Workshop
- 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management of all plant, machinery, vehicles, and workshop functions supporting rail and infrastructure projects
- Ensure asset availability, regulatory compliance, cost control, safety, and disciplined workforce management across depots and project sites
- Lead preventive maintenance, asset management, and workshop operations

Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in plant & machinery management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments
- Proven leadership experience managing large fleets of plant, machinery, and vehicles
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance, and accident claims

About the Company & Project
- Major Malaysian main contractor and rail engineering specialist (non-GLC)
- Currently hiring for a rail project involving track works, civil structures, signaling, electrification, and depots
- Position reports to Group CFO
