We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to help millions of couples discover Paired and build healthier, happier relationships together.
You’ll be responsible for building and scaling a world-class performance marketing engine, with clear accountability for growth targets, budget efficiency, and experimentation. You’ll own paid acquisition, influencers and creative testing, partnering closely with brand, data, design and growth teams to ensure these channels deliver maximum impact across both our app and physical products.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will play a critical part in bringing our mission to more couples.
