Your day-to-day:
Set the paid media strategy across paid search, social, affiliate, and influencer channels.
Use analytics to uncover insights and improve marketing efficiency.
Partner with creative to develop, test, and scale high‑performing ad creatives.
Mentor, develop, and grow a team of senior performance marketing managers.
Your skills & experience:
3+ years of experience leading a full‑funnel performance marketing team.
Hands‑on experience with multiple ad platforms: Google Ads (must have), Reddit and LinkedIn Ads (nice to have).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
B2B/SaaS advertising experience is an advantage.
Customer Value Management experience (email and CRM marketing) is an advantage.
Salary:
Gross salary: 5000-6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
