About your role: This is your opportunity to take full ownership of marketing strategy, budgets, and growth for a global product that already ranks among the top in its niche. You will lead the charge toward $1.2M monthly marketing spend, driving impact across acquisition, retention, and monetization in Tier-1 markets. This role is for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds data-driven strategies, and knows exactly how to turn great creatives and hypotheses into measurable business results
In this role, you will
Lead strategic product marketing: develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
Scale the product to a monthly budget of $1,200,000 within defined KPIs
Build a traffic and product-marketing hypothesis roadmap to improve marketing metrics through continuous experimentation
Coordinate and manage a cross-functional team (UAM, Creative, ASO, PMM) to achieve KPI
Establish testing frameworks, scaling rules, and control systems for CPA and ROI
Lead, hire, and grow your team — hold 1:1s, performance reviews, and expand the department
It’s all about you
5+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (preferably in video streaming / live / social apps)
Proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly budgets and leading teams of 5+ people
Deep understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, and performance marketing metrics
Strong knowledge of advertising auctions, attribution models, and MMP tools
Hands-on experience in traffic acquisition and scaling channels
Expertise in marketing analytics with BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, AppsFlyer, Firebase)
Experience with MarTech solutions and process automation
Understanding of ASO, SEO, marketing funnels, and influencer collaborations
Ownership mindset and strategic thinking with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
