Our Values Make it happen: we get things done Think different: we challenge, create, explore Be kind: we lift each other up Play for the team: because the ride is better together Key Responsibilities - Define and own the People strategy at Heetch, aligned with business priorities and our culture. - Be hands on with recruitment, especially senior and executive roles, while leading the People & TA team. - Own and continuously improve all People processes across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, performance, goal setting and feedback. - Lead learning and development initiatives, including mentoring, shadowing and manager development. - Own engagement surveys and feedback loops, and turn insights into concrete actions. - Oversee office management, internal events and moments that bring teams together. - Drive culture initiatives, company wide rituals and ways of working. - Lead People-related company communications, ensuring clarity, consistency and transparency Who You Are - Solid experience in Talent Acquisition Experience managing teams - Comfortable owning a broad People leadership scope - Strong cultural awareness and experience working in international environments - Good understanding of labour law, or ability to navigate it with local experts - Fluent in English and French - Confident navigating and leading through change Interview steps: 1) Interview with Lead Recruiter 2) Interview with VP People 3) Case study 4) Stakeholder interviews Working at Heetch means 🎉: Health Insurance 🏥: Sanitas (50% covered) Lunch Vouchers 🍽️: Cobee (90€/month) Transport 🚋 & Remote Compensation 🏠: 20€ and 30€ per month, respectively A great work environment 🌟: Free fruits, snacks, coffee, and tea every day Events 🎉: At least 1 event each month
