· Spearhead building HR functions from the ground up such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and recruitment
· Drive the company culture through activities and programmes
· Build a partner with team leads and managers to evaluate current team structure and skills, org design, talent gaps and hiring plans to achieve business goals
· Lead performance review and feedback process to drive a culture of feedback and learning
· Launch learning and development programmes that grow individual’s skills and capabilities
· Oversee HR compliance, audits, and governance
· Attract and hire great talent to support the grow of the company
To succeed in this Head of People and Culture role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
· 10 years of experience with managerial experience and leading a team
· Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management or relevant fields
· Fluent in Bahasa and English
· Demonstrated experience and proven track record in technology start-up companies
· Strong people management and organisational development experiences
· Strategic thinking, and executional abilities to set direction and shape future development
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to a new culture and environment effectively
