Head of People Excellence

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is a technical expert in People processes but also a strategic builder. You will personally design our core global frameworks (Compensation, Performance, L&D) and, over time, build and lead a specialized team to maintain them.

Your goal is to ensure that as we scale, our "People Engine" remains high-performing, fair, and globally consistent. You will work closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and People Operations to ensure that great strategy translates into a flawless employee experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design a high-accountability performance framework and an L&D roadmap that empowers managers to grow their teams.

  • Codify our values into the employee lifecycle, from a "Gold Standard" onboarding experience to exit insights.

  • Lead our global engagement surveys, using data to identify organizational "blind spots" and partnering with PBPs on solutions.

  • Continuously improve the end-to-end employee journey-from a "Gold Standard" onboarding to seamless offboarding, promotion cycles, and development workflows-ensuring every touchpoint is frictionless, scalable, and globally consistent

  • Act as the internal "Consultant" to our PBPs, providing them with the tools and frameworks they need to support their business units.

  • Work closely with the People Operations team to ensure all programs are automated, scalable, and legally compliant across all global entities.

Requirements

  • You have a broad understanding of HR, but deep, "hands-on" expertise in Performance Management, HR process improvements.

  • You understand the complexity of managing people across different countries and cultures.

  • You don't build "HR for the sake of HR." You build simple, elegant systems that actually help the business move faster.

  • You are comfortable navigating sensitive organizational changes and possess the executive presence to sit with the C-suite.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of People/HR experience, with a focus on program design in a scaling environment.

  • Proven technical ability to build salary bands, L&D frameworks, and engagement strategies from scratch.

  • Global experience is a must. You understand how to balance global standards with local requirements.

  • Analytical mindset. You are a "power user" of HR data and systems.
