Head of Partnerships

The Head of Partnerships at CEQUENS is responsible for developing, executing, and managing partnership strategies that generate profitable and sustainable new revenue streams. This role involves creating diverse partnership frameworks, negotiating agreements, and aligning partnership activities with the overall business strategy to drive growth and enhance market presence.

Strategy Development and Execution

  • Transform corporate objectives into actionable projects and initiatives to achieve key business results.
  • Develop and manage multiple partnership frameworks including referral, marketing affiliate, influencer, reseller, system integrators, marketplace, and ISV partnerships.

Partner Identification and Relationship Management

  • Identify and target potential partners within the CPaaS and SaaS ecosystems, including local aggregators, mobile operators, ecosystem enablers, call centers, marketplaces, technology companies, and content marketing agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary contact and fostering collaboration to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

Contract Negotiation and Management

  • Design and negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that ensure mutual benefit and align with CEQUENS's strategic objectives.
  • Develop a structured tier and level system for partnerships to motivate and reward higher levels of engagement and performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Legal to ensure cohesive and aligned partnership strategies.
  • Oversee the automation of the partnership journey from identification to enablement, onboarding, performance monitoring, and management.

Industry Engagement

  • Represent CEQUENS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10+ Years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships, ideally within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications related to business development or partnership management preferred.

Skills

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to transform business objectives into revenue-generating activities.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, capable of nurturing strong partner alliances.
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and understanding the legal frameworks of partnership agreements.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to support partnership initiatives.
