The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and performance driven Head of Paid Social and Display to lead our paid social/display teams and scale our presence across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. You’ll manage a team of media buyers and oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-million-dollar campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and grow the paid social and display teams, managing media buyers and campaign specialists across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid social initiatives with a clear focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Manage and optimize an annual budget of multi million USD across platforms, ensuring effective allocation and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and CRO teams to ensure campaigns are well-targeted, aligned, and data-informed.
  • Oversee testing frameworks and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate and actionable.
  • Mentor team members, develop scalable processes, and build an accountable and high-output culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

What you’ll bring to HeliosX

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing paid social and display teams (e.g., Team Lead, Head of Paid Social/Display, Performance Marketing Director).
  • Proven experience managing at least $25M+ in annual social media ad spend with strong performance outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with other paid social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience working with or alongside creative, analytics, and data science teams.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making.
