Are you ready to take the next step in your career?

As Head of Product for OpticOdds, you will be responsible for leading our B2B data platform from early traction to massive scale. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to build products that fundamentally reshape how sportsbooks and exchanges operate, working closely with our OddsJam/OpticOdds team to drive innovation in real-time sports betting infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team through ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that fuel revenue growth
• Work across all disciplines to drive the right product vision and roadmap 
• Present the vision confidently and convincingly to the entire team, including the Company leadership team
• Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains ahead of the competition
• Work with the design team to level up our user experience across all touchpoints
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of feature development, including pre-development user testing and design, to post-launch analytics and monitoring
• Drive product development with our teams of world-class engineers
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in the product space or a similar role at a B2B company
• Sports betting experience including a technical understanding of managed trading services and other necessary services for risk management
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
• Strong design sense and customer obsession
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
• Experience presenting to executive leadership
• Understanding of API-first products, real-time data systems, and developer tools
• Track record of scaling products from early traction to significant revenue growth
