Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus
Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday

This is a chance to establish end‑to‑end operational leadership for a growing, ambitious business, setting the strategy, driving accountability, building capability, and delivering consistent results across purchasing, stock/inventory, transport, despatch & goods‑in, facilities and Compliance. You will own the KPIs, rhythms, and systems that ensure the company knows each day if it is “winning.”

UBT (which is owned by the PBCC) supports clients by providing products, services and support designed to increase their profitability and growth. The after-tax profits generated by UBT are reinvested into community initiatives, predominantly through schools (established to educate the children of Brethren families) and charities, such as the Rapid Relief Team (“RRT”) and the Red Cross.
