We’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead our global ops strategy and execution across multiple countries and functions. You’ll be part of the SLT, responsible for performance, process, and people, driving impact at scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and scalable processes
  • Boost NPS and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
  • Manage multi-currency budgets and improve cost-to-serve
  • Work cross-functionally to align ops with company strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years in ops, ideally in marketplace, hospitality, or tech-led environments
  • Proven experience scaling global teams and functions
  • Obsessed with performance metrics and process optimisation
  • Commercially minded, financially savvy, and customer-focused
  • SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills a plus
