About the Role

Help us lead operations teams and design best in class processes to enable maximum efficiency & collaboration across our (medical) teams. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our practices and practitioner teams.

  • Support the Co-Founder & COO in the operations function at Circle Health

  • Design & implement best practice operations for our clinics and HQ

  • Set up KPIs and constantly improve processes to meet KPIs

  • Closely interact with the medical and product & tech team

  • Work partly in our clinics (especially in the beginning)
