About the Role
Help us lead operations teams and design best in class processes to enable maximum efficiency & collaboration across our (medical) teams. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our practices and practitioner teams.
Support the Co-Founder & COO in the operations function at Circle Health
Design & implement best practice operations for our clinics and HQ
Set up KPIs and constantly improve processes to meet KPIs
Closely interact with the medical and product & tech team
Work partly in our clinics (especially in the beginning)
